We offer dishes with as much certified organic meat, vegetables and other produce as we can find, yet our prices are affordable.

Our ingredients are regularly purchased at the nearby Union Square Market with selection of best items that can be found. Even if the farmer can't afford the official organic certification, we will buy from him/her if their product meets our own rigid requirements.

Our Menu offers a very wide selection of panini, sandwiches, salads and burgers. Customers can also "create their own" salads and sandwiches.

Not just the selection of ingredients, but the way they are cooked is also very important to us. For example, ORGANIQUE "fries" are not fried at all, but air-baked, without using any hydrogenated oils or preservatives.

While obviously not a strictly-vegetarian operation, there are still many choices for customers who want to avoid meat. For example, out of six soup choices every day, four are vegetarian. We are also proud of our selection of gluten-free breads, muffins and other baked treats.

The selection of beverages is just as varied as the food. For example: sixteen different coffees. The restaurant offers completely separate catering menu for parties and other functions.
